These classic meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make, perfect for serving with spaghetti, in sandwiches, or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Meat (beef, pork, turkey, or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Olive Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture by combining the ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Cook the meatballs in a skillet with heated olive oil over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the cooked meatballs from the skillet and let them drain on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, refrigerate the meat mixture for 30 minutes before shaping your meatballs. Ensuring they are evenly sized helps with cooking.
