A delightful no-bake cheesecake that combines creamy texture with the warm, spiced flavor of apple butter, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup apple butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer of crust. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until it is smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and smooth.
  3. Whip the Heavy Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This will give the cheesecake its light texture. Be careful not to over-whip; it should be fluffy but still smooth.
  4. Combine Cheesecake Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Be careful to maintain the airiness of the whipped cream, which helps the cheesecake to be light and fluffy.
  5. Layer with Apple Butter: Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust. Swirl in half of the apple butter using a knife or spatula. Add the remaining cheesecake mixture and top it off with the remaining apple butter.
  6. Chill to Set: Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until it is set and firm. For the best results, consider refrigerating it overnight.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Slice the cheesecake into pieces and serve chilled. Enjoy this delicious dessert at gatherings or as a comforting treat any day!

Notes

For best flavor and texture, let the cheesecake set overnight in the fridge.
