Deliver juicy, flavorful chicken that’s easy to make with a mouthwatering marinade.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove Chicken from Marinade: Take the chicken out of the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Grill the Chicken: Place the chicken on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for an additional 6-7 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Rest and Serve: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Don’t skip marinating for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor. Clean grill grates prevent sticking.
