Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken (about 4-5 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetables of choice (e.g., carrots, potatoes, onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry with paper towels.
  3. Add olive oil all over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
  4. Season the chicken with a mixture of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange your vegetables in the Bundt pan around the center tube.
  6. Position the chicken over the center tube of the Bundt pan.
  7. Roast in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Rest the chicken for a few minutes before carving and serving.
