A delightful dish combining juicy chicken thighs with a rich, creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners or simple weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the chicken thighs and toss until well coated.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin-side up.
  5. Mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, and grated Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
  6. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken thighs, covering them completely.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
