A flavorful and effortless chicken dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights or casual family gatherings, featuring tender, juicy chicken cooked with savory seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 jar peperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crock pot, evenly spread out.
  2. Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Cut the butter into small pieces and scatter them on top of the seasoned chicken.
  4. Pour the jar of peperoncini peppers over the entire mixture.
  5. Cover the crock pot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crock pot using two forks and mix everything together.
