A comforting dish featuring juicy chicken thighs marinated in Old Bay seasoning for a flavorful meal that’s easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Chicken Thighs, bone-in or boneless, skin-on
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to have it hot and ready for baking.
  2. Combine the avocado oil, tomato paste, Old Bay seasoning, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic paste, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl to create a smooth marinade.
  3. Trim off any hanging skin and excess fat from the chicken thighs. Place them in a bowl, pour the marinade over, and toss until evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs in a baking dish skin-side down and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the dish from the oven, flip the chicken thighs over, and return to bake for another 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a serving plate and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate for several hours or overnight. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
