Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your skillet: In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat.
  2. Mix the sauce: Add in 1/2 cup of honey and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, stirring well.
  3. Season the chicken: Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Cook the chicken: Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet, cooking for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Rest the chicken: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
  6. Garnish and serve: Drizzle the remaining honey sauce over the chicken and finish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, don’t overcrowd the pan and check the chicken’s internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
